Routine Inspections


Routine inspections should be regularly carried out on rented properties to ensure that the tenant is caring for the property; but more importantly, to ensure that the property is well maintained and safe for the tenant to live in.

While our office carries out regular routine inspections, we also encourage landlords to visit their property.

Often an owner's routine inspection can be incorporated as a tax deduction, should you have to travel to the property.

Annual Building & Pest Inspection


KEEPING YOUR PROPERTY IN SAFE HANDS
It is important to understand that property managers are not trained and qualified building or pest inspectors. 

 For this reason, we highly recommend that you obtain an annual building and pest inspection to ensure that the property is safe for the tenant to reside and free from white ant activity.

 This is a small tax deductible fee for maximum peace of mind.
