Pest Inspection
KEEPING YOUR PROPERTY IN SAFE HANDS

are not trained and qualified building or pest inspectors.
For this reason, we highly recommend that you obtain
an annual building and pest inspection to ensure that the
property is safe for the tenant to reside and free from white
ant activity.
This is a small tax deductible fee for maximum peace
of mind.
